About this statement

This statement is published in accordance with the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015, Section 54. It sets out the steps taken by Landvex AB (org.nr 559141-7042, Stockholm, Sweden) to ensure that modern slavery and human trafficking are not taking place in our operations or supply chain.

Landvex is a decision intelligence platform for the physical world, serving municipalities, infrastructure operators, property companies, and other enterprise clients across Europe. Our services are entirely digital and B2B in nature.

Our operations
Business model and workforce
B2B enterprise platform
Landvex delivers intelligence products to enterprise clients on a contractual basis. Our direct workforce is composed of employed staff and contracted professionals operating under standard commercial and employment law.
quiXzoom contributor network
Field data is sourced via the quiXzoom platform (also operated by Landvex AB). quiXzoom Zoomers are independent contributors who freely choose missions, set their own hours, and are compensated fairly. KYC verification prevents exploitation. See quiXzoom's Modern Slavery Statement for full details.
Zero tolerance policy
Landvex has a zero tolerance policy towards modern slavery, human trafficking, forced labour, and child labour in all its operations and supply chains.
Supply chain
Supply chain due diligence

Landvex's technology supply chain is small and consists of established, reputable enterprise technology providers. We have assessed each for modern slavery risk.

Amazon Web Services (AWS)
Infrastructure and cloud services provider. AWS publishes its own Modern Slavery Statement and Responsible Supply Chain programme, available at aws.amazon.com.
Stripe
Payment processing provider. Stripe is a regulated financial institution subject to financial crime prevention requirements and publishes its own modern slavery compliance position.

Annual review
This statement is reviewed annually and updated to reflect any material changes to our operations or supply chain.
Contractual commitments
Enterprise contracts include provisions prohibiting the use of forced labour, child labour, or exploitation in connection with services delivered to Landvex clients.
