Status: Audit Complete ✅ | Fixes Require Erik/Johan Access

Critical Issues (Fix Immediately)

1. K8: Canonical Chaos ⚠️ P0

~40+ pages have wrong canonical pointing to www.landvex.com

The www subdomain 301 redirects back to non-www, creating an SEO redirect loop that confuses search engines.

Affected pages include:

All /verticals/* pages (6 pages)
All /intelligence/* pages (10 pages)
All /cities/* pages (11 pages)
All legal pages: /privacy, /terms, /security, /trust, /compliance, /cookie-policy, /dpa, /data-lineage, /data-quality, /subprocessors, /sla
All service pages: /about, /careers, /contact, /reports, /pilot, /accessibility
/methodology/, /enterprise/
Two pages have canonical pointing to / instead of self: /intelligence/development-forecast-index/, /intelligence/risk-resilience-index/

Fix: Mass replace www.landvex.com → landvex.com in all HTML files, OR implement CloudFront function to rewrite headers.

2. K6: /comparison is Duplicate Content ⚠️ P1

/comparison has identical content to homepage with canonical pointing to /. This wastes crawl budget.

Fix: 301 redirect /comparison → / or remove from S3.

3. K7: /intelligence-map Content-Type ⚠️ P1

May have incorrect S3 metadata. Currently returns text/html but historically had issues.

Fix: Verify and fix S3 metadata if needed.

Fix: Change "Five" → "Six" in methodology hero

5. H16: Location vs Investment Attractiveness

Homepage links to /intelligence/investment-attractiveness-index/ but labels it "Location Attractiveness Index"
Fix: Change label to "Investment Attractiveness Index"

6. H30: Pipeline Steps Mismatch

Methodology: 5 layers
Enterprise: 4 steps (Discovery → Pilot definition → Pilot delivery → Enterprise subscription)
How it works: 4 steps
Fix: Add 5th step to Enterprise or document why different

Fix: Standardize to single nav structure

8. K9: Footer/Branding Inconsistencies

HQ info present on some pages, missing on others
