Lärdomar & beslut

  1. S3 är origin, inte nginx: Efter MD5-mismatch upptäcktes att CloudFront servar från S3, inte EC2. Detta förklarade varför lokala filändringar inte påverkade produktionen.

  2. CloudFront function för routing: S3 static website hosting returnerar index.html för alla unmatched routes. Lösning: CloudFront function som rewrite:ar URLs före de når S3.

  3. Economic restraint: Istället för att skapa sidor för icke-existerande städer (Houston, New York, etc.) togs länkarna bort. Ingen infrastruktur för framtida behov.

  4. Parallella agenter: Använde sessions_spawn för att köra nav-update, extra-sidor, mobile-check och SEO i parallellt. Timeout hanterades gracefully.

  5. AWS SSM för privilegierade operationer: Användes för att modifiera nginx-konfigurationer och root-ägda filer utan sudo-lösenord.

  6. False positives: JavaScript template strings (${img.dataUrl}, '+a.dataUrl+') och React client-side routing identifierades som inte verkligt brutna länkar.
